Oncology and Rare Disease-Focused Science Meets the Spirit of Exploration

Accelerating Therapeutic Possibilities in Oncology and Rare Disease

At the core of our focus lies a deep understanding of the complexities that govern central mediators and internal pathways in the field of oncology and rare disease. In this dynamic landscape, we are accelerating the development of innovative product candidates in pursuit of cutting-edge treatments. Guided by a commitment to expand what is therapeutically possible, our efforts are focused on breakthrough treatments for cancer and rare disease.

FG-3246 – Fully Human Antibody-Drug Conjugate for Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)

FG-3246, our potential first-in-class, fully human ADC, reflects our targeted and precision-based approach to addressing specific molecular pathways implicated in mCRPC.

As part of this program, we are also advancing FG-3180, a CD46-targeted PET imaging agent that uses the same antibody as FG-3246. FG-3180 is being evaluated for its ability to detect CD46-positive lesions and may support future patient selection strategies based on the correlation of CD46 expression and response to FG-3246.

Roxadustat – HIF-PH Inhibitor for Anemia of Lower-Risk Myelodysplastic Syndromes (LR-MDS)

Our dedication to addressing cancer and rare disease is exemplified by our continued work to develop roxadustat in anemia associated with LR-MDS.

MDS refers to a diverse group of bone marrow disorders characterized by the ineffective production of healthy blood cells and the premature destruction of blood cells in the bone marrow, leading to anemia.
